Last night, we had an amazing sound bath experience at New Moon Yoga Collaborative with Eva Tytar and her group, the Earth Tones. Sound bath moves you through a high-energy journey to soothe the nervous system and restore balance.
Eva plays a collection of antique bowls handmade by Tibetan monks. These bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation.
Collaboratively, the Earth Tones group provides an experience that opens each chakra by using different frequencies to realign the cells of the physical body to their optimal vibrational state. At a deeper level, the brain is taken to the meditative states of theta and delta waves, depending on the participant’s level of openness.
