Since the onset of the COVID-19 virus, the maintenance system for the body is disrupted for most people. Due to the necessity of social distancing, we can no longer go to the gym or gather with others for group training sessions. The rules have changed significantly, and most of the old ways of maintaining muscle mass are lost to us unless we have gym equipment at home. Staying at home does not mean you become a couch-potato that just watches movies and eats junk food. You must keep your physical body in shape by fueling it with proper nutrition and some form of exercise.
