Meditation Reduces Stress and Unnecessary Thought

Would the purge of unnecessary thoughts from your mind positively affect what you could accomplish today?

The world as you know it is seen through different eyes when starting each day with a clean slate or at least fewer thoughts. “Conscious Clarity” is achieved when the smokescreen of outside influences no longer has control of your daily life situation. As a result, the word Stress becomes eliminated from the vocabulary.

Systematic thinking is nothing more than a habit learned through repetition. You can change this habit, reducing daily stress and leading to a happier life. Once you know how to experience a new, lighter feeling, you will wonder why it took so long to change.

When you allow the stories from yesterday to fall away, the regular programming from your youth begins to change. Whether you realize it or not, you are programmed from an early age to continually add more and more thought to your life – every day. Programming seems normal in society; however, it’s insanity. Responsibilities and challenges will always be there in life situations; however, how we deal with them can change in a heartbeat.

“I’m stressed out” means that I choose to allow the outside influences of my life situation to control my natural state of being, which is always at peace.

The higher consciousness of Being is housed within you and has the power to overcome any challenge of life situation. Being spiritually strong can always be found in silence. Therefore, anyone can do the most critical action of sitting in silence to purge unnecessary thoughts from the mind. A singular thought meditation can assist in purging cluttered thoughts from the mind and return alignment with your purpose for being here while eliminating self-induced stress.

Think back and ask yourself, have you ever experienced a feeling of Utopia while thinking?

Webster’s Dictionary defines Utopia as “An ideal and perfect place or state where everyone lives in harmony, and everything is for the best.” Would you be surprised to know that such a place does exist? Most people would say, “Hey, what planet is that on, and how do I get there.” The truth is, you do have the option to visit Utopia daily. During meditation, silence and peace, which seem so far away to most people, are seen by those who practice daily meditation.

Meditation is not some ‘thing’ you do; it is the experience of Being that which you are!

You have the choice to live stressed out or peaceful and relaxed. You will do whatever resonates with you at your current level of consciousness, so why not make a conscious choice to live peacefully?

  • The Spiritual Significance of Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is far more than a day for flowers and breakfast in bed. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor the sacred bond between a mother and her child. Beyond the gestures of appreciation lies a profound spiritual significance that connects us to the universal essence of nurturing, selflessness, and unconditional love. […]

  • When You Love an Angry Person
People from all over the world write to me, mostly women but sometimes it is a man, asking about what they can do to help their family member, loved one or partner “control” his or her anger. Or how they can help “diffuse” their partner’s anger. They say that their partner is “such a good […]
  • Spiritual Guide Awareness
“Can anyone be a Spiritual Guide?” is more of a statement than a question because we are all One, and each one of us channels spiritual messages to one another in the spiritual realm of reality. We are all teachers and students, as well. Spiritual guide awareness occurs when one consciously focuses on bringing the […]
  • Appropriate Boundaries for Healthy Relationships
An appropriate boundary is that invisible line that separates you from the rest of the world. Within your boundary is that personal space where you feel safe and secure. In healthy relationships, where neither person needs to control the other, both partners understand fairness and the other person’s needs. They grant each other the right […]
