Life Plan Balance – Happiness

Balance in life has everything to do with how happy you are on the surface of your life situation. Balance is evident for some people but foreign to others. I want to share a few insights about how you can quickly gauge your happiness level. Over the years, I’ve learned that the mind (ego) needs a categorized system to fully understand the complexities of life situations. The mind has difficulty accepting “what is” and needs constant reassurance about why things are perceived based on reality’s sensory input level.

Please review Illustration D from The Conscious Clarity Energy Process™ before reading the rest of this message to keep this as simple as possible.

Due to the complexity (on the surface) of balancing the eight categories of life situations, it’s important to view each category individually. Spirit does not see these categories as complex at all. To Spirit, they’re a commonplace reality due to the higher energy vibration of the True Self. It’s the mind that requires this detailed explanation so that it has something tangible to perceive in its limited belief in the illusion of what is.

The center portion of Illustration D details eight specific categories surrounding our Highest Self. Our Highest Self is the core of everything that controls what is; however, this is not the reality for most people living in life situations day to day in survival mode. Fortunately, the Highest Self is always there, patiently observing in the background, allowing personality to live through its free will perceptions at the sensory level. Each Life Plan Category represents one of eight wheels on each personality train car on The Train of Life™ – including the passenger cars that each person carries with them on their life path.

Two categories stand out from the rest: Spiritual Life and Soul Merge. These are white with an inner golden glow to signify their higher energy vibration. They are the dominant trait categories and boost the other categories operating at the lower energy vibration levels.

Each category will be summarized in subsequent order as we progress in this lesson series. Today, I will discuss the Happiness category:

Overall happiness directly results from the energy vibration or sum of all the other categories. The main reason is the mind’s propensity to judge each type individually. Using percentages as the measurement medium, we could theorize that to be 100% happy; we would require a 12.5% level of satisfaction in each other category to achieve a total of 100 hundred percent.

However, if the types are out of balance or below their capacity level (12.5 = 100%/cat), the grand total will fluctuate below one hundred percent. Therefore, from the mind’s perspective of judgment, if the levels in other categories are out of balance or below their individual 12.5% capacity level, it will be impossible for you to ever be one hundred percent happy.

The mind’s inability to accept “what is” without judgment counters the negative feelings of perceivably having less in one category or another; clarity comes by focusing on one of the types at a higher energy level. Of course, this behavior’s resultant aspect is an increase of energy vibration in that which you focus. So, it automatically increases the total sum of happiness – so you feel better – momentarily. Because life situations have ups and downs, each category fluctuates in vibration or percentage based on the mind’s perception of the illusion. Therefore, you may feel happy in one type today but less comfortable in another tomorrow.

The secret to handling the up and down levels is to balance the categories and collectively raise each category’s energy vibration. When you learn to do this, you will be happy every day, but only to the extent that you increase your energy vibration level in harmony with the Original Source Agreement.

Continuing this roller coaster ride based on mind perceptions is a free-will choice. Or, you can live at the level of the Highest Self reality and experience Joy every day.

Therefore, ask yourself what you want – Happiness or daily Joy!
