Life Plan Balance – Emotional Well Being

The Emotional Well Being category of Life Plan Balance is essential to our life situation balance. Whether you are a novice to spiritual awareness or have been seeking spiritual guidance for years, the sooner you realize the importance of bringing your true higher self to the forefront of the Four Body System, the better off you will be.

Are you willing to accept that everything you manifest into your daily life is created based on what you claim to be internal? Sit with that for a few moments before continuing.

We all consist of a Four Body System. How deeply we integrate into the various parts of that system determines how we approach our daily lives. If we could learn to acknowledge that we have these multiple aspects of the body – but not allow them to control us – we would all be a lot happier.

The goal is to have your Spiritual Body control your every feeling, thought, and action. When you learn to align your inner self in that order, the outside influences of daily challenges will no longer hold you prisoner in an Emotional Body filled with doubt, fear, or darkness.

The Four Body System consists of the:

  • Spiritual Body
  • Mental Body
  • Emotional Body
  • Physical Body

Most of humankind lives based upon having the Four Body System reversed. Control is first perceived in the Physical Body, identifying situations happening to me (identity) or physical reality. Victimization excites the Emotional Body, where feelings generated manifest as having been done to my physical identity. These emotions then excite the Mental Body into thinking about what has happened to me (my story), usually based on thoughts of the past and false beliefs that lead to a reaction.

Finally, after much self-inflicted torment, the Spiritual Body sends a message that you may be overreacting to the situation. At that point, an inner dialog or discussion within the lower self begins. You consciously build on the story or drop the issue in acceptance of what it is. This pattern is complex because it usually leads to fear-based action unless you have learned to catch yourself when you see this destructive pattern emerging.

If we take the same situation and reverse the control mechanisms of our Four Body System, there is an entirely different result. When the Spiritual Body is in control when a life situation occurs – it is first acknowledged as what it is – and acceptance is immediately allowed. The perception is mere “This happened,” it did not happen to me; it simply happened. The Mental Body activates to confirm this happened, and some action may be required.

Next, the Emotional Body ignites with a feeling to empower the challenge, creates a positive solution based on emotions, and provides a measure to resolve the issue rather than focusing on the problem. The result is that the Physical Body feels peaceful and excited that there is a challenge to resolve. The Physical Body remains stress-free, and the solutions appear from a higher knowledge base. The beauty of this pattern is that the Four Body System works in harmony, without fear, and feels peaceful, knowing that love through divine power and wisdom can bring light to any life situation.

In each of the above patterns, the resultant actions will vary dramatically, depending on whether you live in constant fear or love. This paradigm shift may sound strange to some of you; however, Spiritual Life Plan Balance is a process anyone can discover quickly. I ask that you make a conscious effort to realign yourself with the Spiritual Body, thus leading your life through a balanced plan or higher level of understanding.

All emotions center around two primary root emotions: fear (darkness) and love (light). Choosing which one to prioritize in life is a conscious choice.

If you want to live a life filled with abundance and happiness, your Emotional Well Being should be of utmost importance. Remember, there are no victims in life when you live each day in acceptance of what is. Nothing is done to you unless you perceive your “self” as a victim of the life circumstances that merely happen around you. You are in control of your emotions; how you feel can be in harmony with your Higher Self on the Train of Life™, or they can be a self-created, destructive, reactive force for bringing more of the same things you don’t want into your life.

What you think about will always manifest, both positively and negatively, as you are the creator of your reality and in control of how you perceive any situation. Positive life-enhancing emotions will always overpower doom and gloom with light, peace, and happiness. The choice is yours—you write your destiny!

  • The Spiritual Significance of Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is far more than a day for flowers and breakfast in bed. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor the sacred bond between a mother and her child. Beyond the gestures of appreciation lies a profound spiritual significance that connects us to the universal essence of nurturing, selflessness, and unconditional love. […]

  • When You Love an Angry Person
People from all over the world write to me, mostly women but sometimes it is a man, asking about what they can do to help their family member, loved one or partner “control” his or her anger. Or how they can help “diffuse” their partner’s anger. They say that their partner is “such a good […]
  • Spiritual Guide Awareness
“Can anyone be a Spiritual Guide?” is more of a statement than a question because we are all One, and each one of us channels spiritual messages to one another in the spiritual realm of reality. We are all teachers and students, as well. Spiritual guide awareness occurs when one consciously focuses on bringing the […]
  • Appropriate Boundaries for Healthy Relationships
An appropriate boundary is that invisible line that separates you from the rest of the world. Within your boundary is that personal space where you feel safe and secure. In healthy relationships, where neither person needs to control the other, both partners understand fairness and the other person’s needs. They grant each other the right […]
