Embody Peace into Daily Life

A journey into the deeper realms of daily peace will expand your life more than you may realize. Whether it’s business or personal matters, if you open yourself up to the experience of actively pursuing a peaceful inner self, the rewards will be miraculous.

The key is setting aside time for peaceful moments every day. Quiet your mind by sitting silently for a few minutes while focusing only on your breath. Just let go and forget about all there is to do. Let go of the stress-producing thoughts you typically have throughout the day. They just clutter the mind and do nothing positive for you. You deserve a few moments to yourself; slow down and relax every fiber of your body for only a few moments.

Take a long, deep, cleansing breath in, and then release it for twice as long as the intake. You will find that the more often this simple exercise is practiced, the longer you can exhale that same warm, soothing intake of life-giving air. By focusing on breathing, you will automatically stop the constant clatter of the mind. Peaceful breathing will provide a sense of ease and comfort over a series of breaths and allow you to feel a small glimmer of peace and relaxation.

For now, all that you need to do is practice this simple exercise. Try starting for perhaps two minutes. Then, find your rhythm by allowing yourself to float as if you are no longer part of the many material objects surrounding you. Close your eyes and picture yourself in the center of a safe bubble of air floating freely above the Earth. Visualize the surrounding stars; experience the freedom of floating without gravity holding the body down. In your mind’s eye, experience the beauty of the Universe. Believe that you are an intricate part of this vast energy, the same power that gives you all that is needed daily, without asking for anything in return.

You are part of this Source Energy, and it is available for everyone to enjoy every day. It, and we, are all part of this beautiful cosmology called life. Humanity, the very fibers of your body are intertwined at the central core of the Universe and powered by Source Energy. We continue to be anchored in an old paradigm that does not understand the reality of Source Energy. However, as soon as you open yourself to other possibilities, you will start to see the world in a different light.

Many of you may feel like a prisoner in a hectic daily life. Sometimes, you may feel as if it’s all out of control or beyond your capability to understand why situations are as they seem. These feelings come from the mind – not the soul. Letting it all flow is the secret to being peaceful on this ever-changing journey. By living in acceptance and patience while allowing the world to fulfill its destiny, your reward will be inner peace. Stop trying to control everything around you; you can only control yourself.

Embrace a blissful period of just five short minutes every day to bring yourself to a state of peace and relaxation. You deserve it!

  • The Spiritual Significance of Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is far more than a day for flowers and breakfast in bed. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor the sacred bond between a mother and her child. Beyond the gestures of appreciation lies a profound spiritual significance that connects us to the universal essence of nurturing, selflessness, and unconditional love. […]

  • When You Love an Angry Person
People from all over the world write to me, mostly women but sometimes it is a man, asking about what they can do to help their family member, loved one or partner “control” his or her anger. Or how they can help “diffuse” their partner’s anger. They say that their partner is “such a good […]
  • Spiritual Guide Awareness
“Can anyone be a Spiritual Guide?” is more of a statement than a question because we are all One, and each one of us channels spiritual messages to one another in the spiritual realm of reality. We are all teachers and students, as well. Spiritual guide awareness occurs when one consciously focuses on bringing the […]
  • Appropriate Boundaries for Healthy Relationships
An appropriate boundary is that invisible line that separates you from the rest of the world. Within your boundary is that personal space where you feel safe and secure. In healthy relationships, where neither person needs to control the other, both partners understand fairness and the other person’s needs. They grant each other the right […]
